Becki Jean's Company Potatoes


Becki Jean's Company Potatoes
1 32 oz pkg frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted oleo
1.5 tsp  salt
2 cups grated cheese

Topping:
2 cups crushed corn flakes 
1/4 cup melted oleo

Non-stick cooking spray & 9x13 glass dish
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees  
2. Mix together all casserole ingredents  together, and place in the glass dish that has been sprayed with the non-sticking cooking spray.   
3. Mix ingredents for the topping, and spread over casserole. 
4. Bake 35 minutes 

*Tip: If you are using this recipe for 2-4 people, you can also use two smaller glass dishes, and you can freeze an uncooked Company Potato casserole for a couple months. Before baking the frozen casserole, place in the refrigerator so that it can thaw overnight, and then
