Chicken Tortilla Soup

Chicken Tortilla Soup

2 small chicken breasts, cooked/chopped

1 can of red beans, drained/rinsed

1 can of black beans, drained/rinsed

*Kidney and pinto beans work great as well*

1 can of corn (Any version will work: regular corn, cream corn, or mexican corn) 

1 can Rotel 

1 can chicken broth

1 4 oz can of green chillies 

* WARNING: For some extra spiciness I added:
*1 tsp Cumin 
*1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
*1/4 chili powder 
*1/4 ancho chili pepper 

Serve with tortilla chips, corn bread, cheese, or avacodo.
