Chinese Cabbage Slaw

Chinese Cabbage Slaw


2 16 oz packages coleslaw mix
2 packages chicken flavored Ramen Noodles
Non-stick cooking spray 
6 diced green onions
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds


Dressing:
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/3 vinegar 
2 tsp soy sauce 

1. Break the ramen noodles into small pieces, and brown in skillet using the non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine noodles, green onions, coleslaw, and nuts in serving bowl.


Dressing:
3. Mix together the chicken favoring from the ramen noodles with the sugar, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce. Combine well, and pour over the salad mixture. Allow to refrigate at least 1 hour.


Serves 8.

*If you need a serving for 4 here those measurements:

3 Tsps vinegar 
2 tsp soy sauce
